Operating in a spirit of excellence

We all have things we are passionate about, and it stands to reason the things we are most passionate about we attempt to be the best at. What if we were to operate in a spirit of excellence in all we set out to do? When we strive for excellence in all we do, grace can help make up for our shortcomings.

We must never allow fear, laziness or lack of knowledge determine our future. Where there is fear, step out on faith. Where there is laziness combat it with zeal and determination. Where knowledge is lacking, take heart, push down pride and go gain the necessary tools to equip yourself for where you ultimately desire to be.

Complete every task as if your level of excellence put forth will determine your future because it will. Even in the things we may believe to be small or insignificant, like unloading the dishwasher. Be pleasant about your task, putting the dishes away neatly. You will be surprised at how the small things build the foundation of how you will operate with the bigger things.
